I usually organize a group of 5 people. For the first time in awhile, I got two rooms for eight people in 2006. So if you want to room with me, I will add you to the list.

I'm not sure who is going yet or if we will have extra space (I hope to know more in the next few weeks) but if we do, you can definitely room with us as well.

I am Not to Gencon going this year for the following reasons:

1) I can't stomach the idea of going through another nightmarish registration. I play Cthulhu events and they sell out in the first 5 minutes too.

2) I'm getting a comp’ed room and badge for running games at Origins.

3) I've never done Origins and I want to be able to compare the two.

Gen Con is definitely not about the gaming for me. I've got Dreamation and DexCon for that (check out the Double Exposure Convention folken). I do go to spend time with friends, and I also get lots of game design inspiration.

Plus the Magic cards are way cheap.
