Also, besides a story, I''ll join Kokumaro's offer to pitch in with layout and epub generation.

Hey Saif,

This sounds like a whole load of fun. I'd love to participate if that would be ok. Also, if you would like any artwork submitted, please let me know.

All the best!

*Bump*

This is your monthly reminder!

Updated the OP with all the contributors - lucky 13 so far, so it should be a good solid set of stories if everyone gets done in time. :) Keep writing!

If you do finish early and we get all 13 stories in before the deadline, we can spend more time on the production and I can take up the kind folks who've offered to help out so far.

Ymirsson - we'll be in touch regarding art as soon as we have some stuff to work with.

Also, Zuk, and to anyone else curious, we don't take any copyright of the story from you - we just have digital edition rights for reprint, that's all, you retain all copyright and can chose to go ahead and submit to the the copyright office, if you wish, though it's generally not necessary, but it's certainly not a bad thing if you don't mind the small fee.

Thanks, I was just curious.

Status: Been through one massive edit, now in the hands of an author friend of mine. She's working on a manuscript so she hopes to get to it mid-this month. Then we'll see what condition its in and I'll either hand it in or go through another edit.

One thing I realized in the whole writing process that I had learned long ago. Don't try to be perfect. Just get it down. It could be the worst thing in the world, but there will likely be some things you can build on and edit. I dropped a couple of story lines from my story after the first edit and I'm still contemplating one more.

It can be... Jeremy was upset after a night out in the village. He planned on hooking up with this guy he knew from the upper east side as a kid. Unfortunately, he was tired. He couldn't perform. He had no cash. But wait, he could get generics for cheap? And they'd do the same thing? All of a sudden a whole new world was opened for him! Then it swallowed him up and spit him out like the reject he was. Then a dragon ate his corpse.
