It's that time of year again! Every day for all of November, I will strive to earn at least 1 Xbox Achievement a day. You may remember last year's thread, but if you don't, here are my rules once again.
1. Achievements that I get from getting to a certain part of the story through normal gameplay won't count as my achievement for the day (unless its for beating the entire game on the highest difficulty level for instance). I'm going to try make this month about getting the interesting and/or difficult achievements.
2. I won't use any guides or websites to look up any strategies or to discover any secret achievements. I do consider looking at the list of achievements the game presents to be fair game, though.
3. If I miss a day, I will do my damnedest to get two achievements the following day.
Also, a reminder that this thread will most likely contain SPOILERS for the games I play.
To start, I could have made it easy on myself by buying a brand new game with a fresh slate of achievements, but I did not. I'm going back through games I've already beaten to get those achievements just out of reach...

The game: Mirror's Edge
I already played through the single-player story for this first-person parkour game. The achievements I have left to get revolve around speedruns for each chapter. And they are hard. Often, you have to find shortcuts that aren't immediately obvious to cut down your precious run time. More often that not, I spent staring at the loading screen after starting over. But eventually, I got:
Chapter 6 Speedrun (10 points)
This chapter speedruns are going to come out of order, as some chapters are easier to run through than others. This one was tricky, but after much screaming at the TV, I beat the 7 minute time limit.
