Next NerdBurger is Saturday May 22 (late afternoon), so all you working/children/outside the city people can hopefully find time to join the usual crew and get your chomp on. But first, get your vote on! Poll is open thru Friay.

This is so hard! On the one hand DuMont is really good and my own nominee. On the other hand I really want to try out Pies 'n' Thighs and the Diner ... grah!

This is a really strong field of contenders. I used to live about a block from DuMont which has been a long favorite of mine. I still haven't been to DuMont Burger. Diner is just brilliant for Everything. But Pies'n'Thighs was my nomination and i just don't think there's a loser in the bunch this time round. Can't wait to dirty my plate!

BTW, just to reiterate, this Nerdburger will be a late afternoon / early evening evening event.

Donovan's burger is astounding good. It tastes like they haven't cleaned the grill in ever. Yumm. The service is Irish Pub like, but what do you expect from an irish pub? I recommend (and voted for) Donovan's, and not only because it's two stops down on my subway line. QUEENS PRESENT, YO!(I cannot pull this off)
