It's a little hit or miss on that count. My first couple years going, the Sakura Matsui festival was the perfect weekend for blooms. But lately, our crazy on-off thaws have been messing with the buds. Last weekend was probably the best for them this year, but this coming weekend will hopefully still have a lot to show off, if it doesn't rain too too hard.
