I'm giving away 2 free tickets to tonight (Monday night's) Brisketlab in Brooklyn.

You can find out more info about Brisketlab here. Basically, this guy is planning on opening up a restaurant, so he's trying out his Brisket recipe in large gatherings with music and lots and lots of brisket.

I'd love to go, but I have to work late, and I'd rather all that delicious brisket not go to waste.

I actually saw this in the Spring but didn't sign up - have you been? Does it work out well?

I haven't been yet. This was to have been my first event. From what I've heard, it sounds like it's pretty good, but still a little bit of a work in progress. A very, very tasty work in progress.
