I don't think we could swing the "no late gaming" thing, the bathroom's no big deal as long as there's windows that we can open up.

This sort of goes along with our we need to get together to discuss our minimum criteria for what will make a good space. I agree with Frank. NerdX meets on weeknights and we typically game until 11pm-12am. We are not the quietests group at times, so being able to game until later hours without any great fear of bothering another person is important. I'm not trying to be a nay sayer or problematic, but I think a good discussion now could save a lot of headaches and bad blood later.

Otherwise I think the space sounds very promising.

Are you sure that noise actually travels upstairs? Maybe its not really an issue or maybe your neighbors wont care too much *shrug*

im sooo down for this, but if we are going to have a meeting i can only be there on wednesdays. otherwise jenskot could fill me in and i can give him what ever money i could put in will be left with jenskot as well.

I know in general that I and my nerds can be quite loud when roleplaying or board-gaming. That would be my only concern.

Same here. We're motherfucking loud. It would be awesome if we could find some commerical space. Imagine if we got a nerd.warehouse?! We could make it up like Connor MacLeod's pad in Highlander!
