I may be. Dosa sounds more tantalizing to me than falafel.

I still am not sure how much you guys know. Didn't I end things with a scene that revealed (to the reader) some of what the big bad was up to?

Someone who looked like Doctor Ohm was after DNA samples from both Anodized Man and Cross, presumably to become invincible and immortal. We had fought little furry metal beasts at the old HQ and they managed to get away with the samples, but we also caught one of the beasts.

The Motivator discovered that Pierce gave the order to kill Ohm, which Ohm did not deny. They had a scuffle.

Pierce had a scene with Sable, although I don't remember the exact events.

Anodized Man had family drama, as he convinced his wife not to leave him as he went off to train the new heroes.

If I had the conflict sheets I could probably recall more.
I don't mind being played as long as [Megan Fox] keeps saying stuff like "I'll get naked and do a robot to sell movie tickets" cause that's the kind of future I want to live in. -cawshis

They're both pretty affordable. I don't know any dosa places on the West side, though. There's a falafel place over on 8th ave between 23rd and 24th, possibly one closer. All the dosa places I know of are over on Lexington.

I'm home sick. No good for big writeups. The good guys won. Auric got a wonderful gift out of all of it and Cross & Pierce made Morrison's Animal Man seem like a traditional silver age Superman comic.

wait, we're good guys? now you tell me!!

Motivator and Auric were commendably heroic. Auric's wife also got turned into a metal woman by the attempt to create a super cure (he recovered his aspect "60 Years of 2 fisted fighting" and changed it to "Many years of superheroics with my wife").

Motivator's wife came back from her coma to help in the final battle, and he persevered and destroyed the nano-cancer, and he devestated the villains EVIL plan.

Cross and Pierce fucked up reality - and in the process discovered that maybe they are characters in a comic book, or in an RPG. Cross defeated the Dr. Ohm anti-bodies inside him and gained the ultimate power over reality (he recovered his "leadership" aspect, though I can't remember what it was changed to).

What really matters is that I outlasted Phredd in the battle! :metal: (I recovered the devestated "Ms. Sable - enemy agent" aspect and transformed her, changing reality so that she never lost her child - in fact she was visibly pregnant, and her child was possibly Leon's).

Everyone should narrate what happened to their characters to close the issue!!

I had Leon walking away from the White House lawn, holding Ms. Sable's arm, followed by ex-President Bush (they'd all quit working for, or being, "the Man"). Jenskot had Cross turn himself into some crazy powerful jacket that Leon was wearing. (I imagine we are heading into our own spin-off comic "CROSS & PIERCE: AGENTS OF (sur)REALITY")

Auric carries Irma off, sweeping her away with Ironjaw as they rush away from the battle to tend to her. After a mercury leak or two from their eyes, they are happy that she is cured of cancer and can now relate to Auric better.
You see them after a cut-scene, the three Metallic heroes fighting crime side by side, smiling happy as they have a whole new life ahead of them.

in the last scene, you see Auric building a crib...
