That post says it's in the Canadian public domain. There's no reason to believe it's not under copyright in the U.S. We should probably not link to that.

... and I might add that if you are in Canada, there's an ePub version available, which can be imported to a variety of phone apps (like Bluefire Reader) and e-readers, except the Kindle.
