Should she really mess with the router? Wouldn't it be simpler to set DNS to some outside address, like Google's?

So the safer alternative is your ISP's DNS, queenmob. They can probably tell you if you give them a call.

I'd be inclined to, given that the router is the source of the problem, and that everyone else is presumably experiencing it.

But I'd also give everyone fair warning....

What is the brand/model of your router?
How old is it? (seems they all start to fail at about 5 years)

The Router is brand new.
Applied the google dns solution.

So far it seems to work - if it interferes with any page, Ill post it.

Just a warning: I've found that the google DNS solution blocks some of the more deviant of pornography websites.
