That's Zhang Huan. He's great! I saw a gallery show of his work a few years ago that was stunning: giant sculptures of people made out of animal hide.

I can't seem to find a good pic, but here's a couple low-res ones:

These days it seems that whenever I see art I really like in galleries or shows of recent work at museums, the artist is Chinese. If you ever get a chance to see a show of Song Dong's work, or Zhang Huan's, or Ai Weiwei's, take it!
